The COUSINS Program provides students in grades K-7 with the chance to learn and belong to a volleyball team regardless of skill level. Trained coaches provide a safe environment for play and growth and teach important lessons about health and social learning. Coaches, parents, and educators collaborate to ensure kids have a support system on the field, in the classroom, and at home.

Coaching for Success:

The Coaching for Success Program is the next phase of the COUSINS program and extends leadership opportunities to students in grade 9-12. Students participate in monthly mentoring sessions, professional development workshops, and rigorous summer job training. Through ongoing engagement with the program, students earn employment opportunities at The Volleyball School Foundation summer camps, where they coach elementary school-aged students from their own communities and share lessons from their personal experiences.
